About Me

Emily lives in Georgia with her husband and three children.

Born into a Christian family, she attended church regularly all her life and invited Jesus into her heart more than 30 years ago. Unfortunately, quite a few of the years since then were spent as a Pharisee.

Although she didn’t have the same sort of visitation Paul received on the road to Damascus, she did have a profound moment on the road in her car when she heard God clearly say He wanted to teach her something new about Himself if she was willing. That moment began a new season in her walk with the Lord that completely transformed her faith and her walk with God from born-again Pharisee to spirit-led believer.

But none of those Pharisee years were wasted, as her passion for Biblical study and deep love of scripture were laid in that season. These days, you will find her seeking ways to hear the Lord better, walking in her God given identity, and stepping moment by moment into her calling.

Her books Pharisee Set Free and Effortless Fruitfulness are available most places books are sold. She is currently working on her third non-fiction book as well as three children's books.

Besides writing, she enjoys reading, graphic design, and organizing the world around her. She also enjoys using her talents to help others, and she finds joy in her roles as a wife and as a mother of three.
